The Pale Count

1. After message: "The Pale Count has risen from his crypt deep under Drefia. Blood will flow." Gates to Pale Count's location are open, and boss appearing instantly.
2. It is advised to be there as quick as possible, because the others could be faster!
3. Boss needs to be beaten two times. After defeating his minions, he spawns downstairs instantly, and this is its proper version.
