When does the White Pale spawn? Straight after server save or random time during the day?

    I killed two white pales the same day in different worlds once, one in silvera at 14:00 and another in zunera at 22 pm all in darashia and the next day I found one in edron in silvera as if they were born in a respawn followed, example:
    If today is born in Darashia, tomorrow consequently is born in edron …
    and I found it funny to find two in the same basement and the same day on different servers.

how many days to spawn again in the same location was killed? Ex: White Pale killed in LB, after X days it can spawn in LB again.
