what should be hammer of prophecy price?
i saw 250-300kk non pvp 20k/coin
i saw SOH+15kk antica 13k/coin
maybe around that? 12-13k tcoin

There are just a few hammers in Tibia overall, kinda hard to set up a price. Antica's offer you have mentioned seems to be fair. I would aim for something like this.
Keep in mind that the price may eventually drop, as ppl will loot more of them.
