Postei 3 fotos minhas no concurso dos bosses e simplesmente foram apagados alguém sabe o porque?

Your screenshots didn't follow the rules. Let me quote the specific point:
"8. Fotos feitas por celular ou com baixa qualidade serão removidas."

Read the rules carefully. They are also available in Portuguese.
