Tibia client error

Hi everyone I have a problem i tried to turn on a client tibia and come up an error says the program can't start because is missing from your computer.try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.I did that i error still coming up can anyone help to find solution to fix that problem please. Thank you

Hard to say what can be wrong, but resetting your system to initial setting should help.
