for some reason I couldn't use a shovel on the spot between the 2 rocks at the beginning. ALL I got was the "puff" symbol, so frustrating : /

Double-check your quest log or objectives to make sure all tasks are marked as completed. There could be a hidden requirement or step you need to finish before the door opens.
