The Great Boss Hunt Contest 2022

1. The contest starts in January 2022 and ends at the beginning of 2023. After new year, the next edition will be announced along with possible changes of rules and/or prizes.
2. Each contestant is obliged to send the screenshot using our tool to upload images, which is visible when you add each post to the specially designated contest thread.
3. A contestant can also send a video uploaded to the YouTube platform.
4. Both screenshot and recording have to present an encounter with a boss or boss’ body with visible loot. Screenshots or videos showing only the boss loot (for example after leaving the boss’ room) may be published, but they won’t be considered for the contest.
5. As an exception, the following will be allowed: screenshots with rare and irregularly spawning mounts (Crustacea Gigantica, Draptor, Undead Cavebear, Midnight Panther), irregularly spawning monsters (Dire Penguin, Yeti), additionally screenshots form Orc raid on Femor Hills (where Amazon Set can be looted) and rare Orc form Orc Fortress from which drops Sam’s Old Backpack.
6. Screenshots without loot visible in the server log, just showing rare and valuable items, will be removed.
7. Screenshots or recordings showing monsters with regular respawn will be removed.
8. Photos made by mobile phone or with poor quality will be removed.
9. OTS (Open Tibia Servers) cannot be the source of screenshots or recordings.
10. Tibiabosses staff can publish their encounters with bosses, but they won’t be considered for the selection of awarded entries.
11. Any attempts of cheating, such as sending the same screenshots multiple times, sending screenshots taken by third parties, or misleading screenshot editing (faking loot, etc.) will result in a permanent disqualification from contests organized by TibiaBosses.com!
12. Name of the char has to be visible both in screenshot and video.
13. Every week, 2 best screenshots (or videos) will be selected by TibiaBosses staff and presented on our Facebook fanpage (with the possibility to vote for the best pic), and in dedicated contest thread on Tibiabosses.com forum.
14. Both winners will get 1 month of TibiaBosses.com premium. One of them will receive an additional 100 Tibia Coins (the community will decide through voting on Facebook).
15. Each Thursday is the end of voting which started the week before, while the next one is announced on Sunday. These days may be delayed.
16. When the last Sunday of the month passes, all “Screenshots of The Week” of a given month (8, if there will be 4 Sundays in a given month, 10 if there will be 5 of them) will be sent to be evaluated by Cipsoft and admins of other fansites. They will choose the winner of the month – “Screenshot of the Month”.
17. The winner of the week should apply for a reward in the “Winners Requests” forum topic, as well as monthly winner with information about chosen type of rune emblem. In case of not submitting any request within 3 days, a random rune will be sent.
18. Prizes are presented below:

What is taken into consideration while choosing the best screenshots?

• uniqueness – sometimes screenshot reveals unknown information,
• quality of the screenshot – picture saved as .png looks better than pic saved in .jpg,
• possible editing, which can make it more readable (cutout, border, collage),
• loot of the boss
• creativity – interesting circumstances of taking the screenshots, text, etc.

23.04.2022 CHANGES IN THE VOTING SYSTEM

The existing voting via poll conducted on Facebook (using reactions) with today’s date is transferred to the Discord platform.

• In the dedicated channel “The Great Boss Hunt 2022” in the section “CONTESTS” every Sunday will be published two screenshots with assigned reactions in the post description. We reserve the right to delay publication.
• Only specific, predetermined by the admin, reactions will count.
• The winner will be chosen by the higher number of reactions.

23.10.2022 CHANGES IN THE VOTING SYSTEM

Due to the many controversial choices of winning screenshots made on the fansite board in consultation with CipSoft, we have decided that Screenshot Of The Month (starting from October) will be chosen among TibiaBosses.com team. We hope that this will make the winners less random.

28.10.2022 CHANGES IN THE RULES

Due to the occurrence of an unusual situation where a TibiaBosses.com user won 2 prizes in one month, we hereby add the following point to the rules:
“One TibiaBosses.com user, regardless of the number of characters he/she used to make screenshots, can only win 1 prize per month.”

1. Konkurs rozpoczyna się w styczniu 2022 r., a kończy na początku 2023 r. Po nowym roku zapowiedziany zostanie konkurs wraz z ewentualnymi zmianami w regulaminie i/lub nagrodach,
2. Uczestnik konkursu zobowiązany jest przysłać screenshot poprzez narzędzie do uploadowania obrazów widoczne podczas pisania każdego z postów na specjalnie do tego wyznaczony post konkursowy,
3. Uczestnik może wysłać również video załadowane na platformę YouTube,
4. Zarówno screenshot, jak i nagranie muszą przedstawiać potyczkę z bossem lub ciało bossa wraz z widocznym łupem. Screenshoty lub video przedstawiające wyłącznie łup z bossów (na przykład po wyjściu z pomieszczenia, gdzie znajduje się boss) mogą zostać opublikowane, jednak nie będą brane pod uwagę w konkursie.
5. W ramach wyjątku dopuszczane będą screenshoty z rzadkimi i nieregualrnie pojawiającymi się wierzchowcami (Crustacea Gigantica, Draptor, Undead Cavebear, Midnight Panther), nieregularnie pojawiającymi się potworami (Dire Penguin, Yeti), ponadto screenshoty z najazdów Orków na Fermor Hills (gdzie łupem może być Amazon Set) oraz rzadki Ork z Orc Fortress dający nam Sam’s Old Backpack.
6. Screenshoty bez widocznego loota w server logu, przedstawiające jedynie rzadkie i wartościowe przedmioty będą usuwane.
7. Screenshoty lub nagrania przedstawiające potwory z regularnym respawnem będą usuwane.
8. Zdjęcia robione telefonem komórkowym lub słabej jakości będą usuwane.
9. Screenshot lub nagranie nie mogą pochodzić z OTS (Open Tibia Servers).
10. Członkowie załogi TibiaBosses.com mogą publikować swoje potyczki z bossami, jednak nie będą brani pod uwagę przy wyborze nagradzanych pozycji.
11. Wszelkie próby oszustwa, takie jak wielokrotne wysyłanie tych samych screenshotów, wysyłanie obrazów zrobionych przez osoby trzecie, czy wprowadzająca w błąd edycja screenshotów (fałszowanie loota, itd.) skutkować będą dożywotnią dyskwalifikacją z konkursów organizowanych przez TibiaBosses.com!
12. Zarówno na screenshocie, jak i nagraniu musi być widoczna nazwa postaci.
13. Co tydzień dwa najlepsze screenshoty (lub video) będą wybrane przez ekipę TibiaBosses i zaprezentowane na facebookowym fanpage (z dołączoną możliwością głosowania na najlepszy obrazek), oraz w dedykowanym konkursowi temacie na forum Tibiabosses.com.
14. Obaj zwycięzcy otrzymają 1 miesiąc premium na Tibiabosses.com. Jeden ze zwycięzców otrzyma dodatkowo 100 Tibia Coins (społeczność zadecyduje o tym, kto otrzyma dodatkową nagrodę poprzez głosowanie na Facebooku).
15. W każdy czwartek kończy się głosowanie z poprzedniego tygodnia, natomiast w niedzielę jest ogłaszane kolejne. Dni te mogą ulegnąć opóźnieniu.
16. Kiedy minie termin ostatniej niedzieli w miesiącu, wszystkie “Screenshots of The Week” z danego miesiąca (8, jeśli będą 4 niedziele w danym miesiącu, 10 jeśli będzie ich 5) będą wysłane do oceny przez ekipę Cipsoftu, oraz adminów innych stron fanowskich. Wybiorą oni zwycięzcę miesiąca – “Screenshot of The Month”.
17. Zwycięzca tygodnia powinien ubiegać się o nagrodę w temacie „Winners Requests” na forum, dotyczy to także zwycięzcy miesiąca z informacją o wybranym rodzaju Rune Emblemu. Jeśli prośba nie będzie wysłana w ciągu 3 dni, zostanie wysłana losowa runa.
18. Nagrody są zaprezentowane poniżej:

Co bierzemy pod uwagę wybierając najlepsze screenshoty?

• wyjątkowość – bywa, że screenshot odkrywa przed nami nieznane dotąd informacje,
• jakość screenshota – obraz zapisany w .png wygląda lepiej niż ten zapisany w .jpg,
• jego ewentualną edycję, która sprawi, że będzie on bardziej czytelny (wycięcie, obramowanie, kolaż),
• loot z bossa
• pomysłowość – czyli ciekawe okoliczności wykonania zdjęcia, tekst, itd.

23.04.2022 ZMIANY W GŁOSOWANIU

Dotychczasowe głosowanie poprzez ankietę prowadzoną na Facebooku (za pomocą reakcji) wraz z dzisiejszym dniem zostaje przeniesione na platformę Discord.

• W dedykowanym do tego kanale “The Great Boss Hunt 2022” w dziale “CONTESTS” w każdą niedzielę publikowane będą dwa screenshoty z przypisanymi w opisie posta reakcjami. Zastrzegamy sobie możliwość opóźnień w publikacji.
• Liczą się wyłącznie konkretne, z góry określone przez admina reakcje.
• O wygranej decyduje większa ilość reakcji.

23.10.2022 ZMIANY W GŁOSOWANIU

Z powodu wielu kotrowersyjnych wyborów zwycięzkich screenshotów dokonanych na fansite boardzie, w porozumieniu z CipSoftem zadecydowaliśmy, że screenshot miesiąca (zaczynając od października) będzie wybierany przez załogę TibiaBosses.com. Mamy nadzieję, że od tej pory wybór screenshotów będzie mniej przypadkowy.

28.10.2022 ZMIANY W REGULAMINIE

W związku z wystąpieniem niecodziennej sytuacji, gdzie użytkownik TibiaBosses.com wygrał 2 nagrody w jednym miesiącu, niniejszym dodajemy do regulaminu następujący punkt:
“Jeden użytkownik TibiaBosses.com bez względu na ilość postaci, którymi zrobił screenshoty może wygrać tylko 1 nagrodę w miesiącu.”

1. O concurso começa em janeiro de 2022 e termina no início de 2023. Após o novo ano, a próxima edição será anunciada juntamente com possíveis alterações de regras e / ou prêmios.
2. Cada concorrente é obrigado a enviar a screenshot usando nossa ferramenta de upload de imagens, que fica visível quando você adiciona cada postagem ao tópico do concurso especialmente designado.
3. Um concorrente também pode enviar um vídeo carregado na plataforma do YouTube.
4. Tanto a screenshot quanto a gravação devem apresentar um encontro com um boss ou corpo do boss com looy visível. screenshot ou vídeos mostrando apenas o loot do boss (por exemplo, depois de sair da sala do boss) podem ser publicados, mas não serão considerados para o concurso.
5. Como uma exceção, o seguinte será permitido: screenshots com montagens raras e de respaw irregular (Crustacea Gigantica, Draptor, Undead Cavebear, Midnight Panther), monstros nascendo irregularmente (Dire Penguin, Yeti), além de screenshots do ataque Orc em Femor Hills (onde Amazon Set pode ser loteado) e raro Orc em Orc Fortress de onde dropa Sam’s Old Backpack.
6. Imagens sem loot visíveis no log do servidor, mostrando apenas itens raros e valiosos, serão removidas.
7. Screenshots ou gravações mostrando monstros com respawn regular serão removidos.
8. Fotos feitas por celular ou com baixa qualidade serão removidas.
9. OTS (Open Tibia Servers) não pode ser a fonte de screenshot ou gravações.
10. A equipe do Tibiabosses pode publicar seus encontros com bosses, mas eles não serão considerados para a seleção de inscrições premiadas.
11. Qualquer tentativa de trapaça, como enviar as mesmas screenshots várias vezes, enviar screenshots tirados por terceiros ou edição enganosa de screenshot (roubo falso, etc.) resultará em uma desqualificação permanente dos concursos organizados por TibiaBosses.com!
12. O nome do char deve estar visível tanto na screenshot quanto no vídeo.
13. Todos os dias, uma screenshot / gravação aleatória será postada em nossa fanpage do Facebook, mas isso não influencia os resultados do concurso.
14. A cada semana, 2 melhores screenshots (ou vídeos) serão selecionados pela equipe do TibiaBosses e apresentados em nossa fanpage do Facebook (com a possibilidade de votar na melhor foto), e no tópico do concurso dedicado no fórum Tibiabosses.com.
15. Ambos os vencedores receberão 1 mês do prêmio TibiaBosses.com. Um deles receberá um adicional de 100 Tibia Coins (a comunidade decidirá por meio de votação no Facebook).
16. Cada quinta-feira é o fim da votação que começou na semana anterior, enquanto a próxima é anunciada no domingo.
17. Quando o último domingo do mês passar, todas as “screenshots da semana” de um determinado mês (8, se houver 4 domingos em um determinado mês, 10 se houver 5 deles) serão enviadas para avaliação por Cipsoft e administradores de outros fansites. Eles escolherão o vencedor do mês – “Screenshot do mês”.
18. O vencedor da semana deve solicitar a recompensa no tópico “Winners Requests”, bem como o vencedor mensal com informações sobre o tipo de runa escolhido. No caso de não enviar nenhum pedido dentro de 3 dias, uma runa aleatória será enviada.
19. Os prêmios são apresentados a seguir:

O que é levado em consideração ao escolher as melhores screenshots?

• Exclusividade – As vezes a captura de tela revela informações desconhecidas,
• Qualidade da captura de tela – a imagem salva como .png parece melhor do que a imagem salva em .jpg,
• Edição possível, o que pode torná-lo mais legível (recorte, borda, colagem),
• Loot do boss
• Criatividade – circunstâncias interessantes de tirar as capturas de tela, texto, etc.

23.10.2022 MUDANÇAS NO SISTEMA DE VOTAÇÃO:

Devido às muitas escolhas controversas nos vencedores de screenshots feitas no quadro de fansites em consulta com a CipSoft, decidimos que A Screenshot do Mês (a partir de outubro) será escolhida entre nossa equipe. Esperamos que isso torne os vencedores menos aleatórios.
